Serves 4 · 20 min

  1. Steep 4 g of Tisane du Roy in 3/4 cup (180 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then strain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 3 tbsp of butter with 1/4 cup (50 g) of sugar until lightly caramelized, then carefully add the infusion and the juice of 1 orange and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, until syrupy.
  3. Fold 8 ready-made crêpes into quarters and warm them in the sauce, turning once.
  4. Serve right away with a handful of raspberries or other red berries.
