Delivery areas

We deliver to Canada and the United States only. The shipping options available for your address are confirmed at checkout, before you pay.

Rates and delivery times

Delivery charges, the available shipping methods and the estimated delivery date are shown at checkout, before you confirm your order, and are repeated in your order confirmation email. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier’s name and a tracking number.

Customs duties and import taxes

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered duty paid: customs duties and import taxes are paid by Clipperton, and you will not be asked for any additional charge on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delays, loss and damage in transit

If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, or if a parcel reaches you damaged, please contact us within 7 days through our contact form. We will follow up with the carrier and, where appropriate, send you a replacement or refund you in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. If the goods are not delivered within 30 days of the delivery date indicated, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout may be passed on to the customer.
