Fresh mint leaves unfurl in hot water beside a slice of lemon, then one spoonful is stirred in. Hédène’s Linden Honey, white and subtle, with menthol overtones, echoes the herb in every sip.

  1. Place 6 fresh mint leaves and 2 lemon slices in a teapot.
  2. Pour in 2 cups (500 ml) of water heated to 205°F (95°C) and steep for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Strain into two cups and let cool for a minute.
