Little hands stir and stir until the smiling face disappears into warm vanilla milk: Canasuc’s Smiley Sugar Small, made in France from white and brown cane sugar, brings a touch of good humor to a child’s cup.

- Heat 1 1/2 cups (350 ml) of milk with 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract over low heat until steaming, without boiling.
- Froth the milk with a whisk for a few seconds and pour it into two cups.
- Add a Smiley sugar to each cup and let the children stir until it melts.
- Dust with a little cocoa powder and check that the milk is only warm before serving.
