Laurent Agnès is an artisan vinegar maker in Charente-Maritime, on France's Atlantic coast, who works with oak, time and a gardener's eye for fruit and flowers. This collection gathers his aged red and white wine vinegars from Bordeaux grapes, an organic cider vinegar and his macerated vinegars with elderflower, fig, raspberry, shallots and tarragon.
