Le Paulmier
Le Paulmier is an artisanal vinegar maker in the Pays d'Auge, Normandy, between the valleys of Camembert and Livarot, working from cider apples, perry pears and the wild plants of the bocage. This collection holds their cask-aged organic cider vinegar, La Pommée apple balsamic in plain, smoked and woodland versions, and vinegars infused with wild garlic, elderflower, fir and verbena.
