Clementine Maté Brunch Smoothie

Serves 2 · 10 min + 30 min cooling

Brew 4 g of Maté Clémentine in 1 cup (250 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 5 minutes, then strain and let cool completely.
In a blender, combine the maté with 1 banana, the segments of 3 clementines, 1/2 cup (125 g) of plain yogurt and 1 tbsp of honey.
Add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Serve right away for an energizing brunch, keeping in mind that maté contains caffeine.
