Strawberries make up 54% of the recipe, joined by 9% French linden honey, so that the fruity sweetness of the berries meets the floral, subtly mentholated notes of linden-blossom honey in a melting texture. Spread it on a buttered croissant, or spoon it over a pavlova.

Recipe idea
Strawberry Linden Honey Lemonade
- Whisk 4 tbsp of the strawberry jam with linden honey with the juice of 3 lemons until the jam dissolves.
- Pour into a pitcher and stir in 3 cups (750 ml) cold sparkling water.
- Taste and add a little sugar if needed.
- Serve over ice with fresh strawberry slices and a sprig of mint.
